"CFP" means low loss cable "5" is the diameter of the cable (exists in 5mm: loss 0.50dB/m and in 10mm: loss 22dB/m to 2.4GHz) "NM" is the type of the first connector "SMARM" is the type of the second connector "10" is the total length in meter Note : The "ADSMAR" reference is the simplified designation of an adaptator cable (Pigtail) CFP5-NM-SMARM-0.3. It can be used when a low loss 10mm-cable, which is available only with N connector, is needed. It enables the link between the SMAR connector of the access point for instance and the 10mm-cable.
